Michelle Conn is a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with Alaant Workforce Solutions. With more than 20 years of experience in recruiting and human resource management, her recognized expertise and deep experience are invaluable assets in helping clients attract and hire top professionals.
Michelle is highly skilled at building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, leading to placements that drive client success and candidate job satisfaction. Her industry experience spans financial services, marketing and advertising, high-growth startups, and biopharmaceuticals. She excels in sourcing to fill mid- to executive-level positions, particularly in marketing, creative, finance, human resources, regulatory/compliance and supply chain. In addition, she has completed the SHRM Veterans at Work Certification, through which she gained unique insight into the value skilled veterans bring to the civilian workplace.
As one of Alaant’s Community Ambassadors, Michelle is proud to help lead the firm’s efforts to develop a skilled workforce that supports the needs of businesses and strengthens the community. This includes spearheading a variety of initiatives designed to foster diversity and inclusion, enhancing outreach to a host of nonprofit organizations, and building partnerships with colleges and universities to help prepare students and alumni for career readiness and advancement.
Michelle earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Rochester. She is a devoted mother to three boys, including a set of twins; passionate about kindness, running, baking and travel; and a lifelong New York Yankees fan who eagerly awaits their 28th World Series title.
