Maddy O’Rourke is a Finance Manager at Alaant Workforce Solutions, with responsibility for all aspects of payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and end of month/year financial reporting. She is passionate about providing excellent customer service, from assisting clients and temporary employees with payroll, benefits or billing questions, to ensuring accuracy, organization and compliance with all financial matters.
Starting with Alaant as an intern in 2016, Maddy joined the team full-time after earning her bachelor’s degree in economics from Siena College. She began as a Recruiting Assistant, coordinating onboarding and payroll for both internal and temporary employees, before moving into her current role.
As a dual citizen of the U.S. and Ireland, the Emerald Isle holds a special place in Maddy’s heart (along with her cat, Zoe). She loves to travel and experience diverse cultures, enjoys spending time in nature, and cheers enthusiastically for the Siena Saints and Buffalo Bills.
