Mary Arthur is a Talent Acquisition Specialist with the Talent Acquisition Partnerships (TAP) team at Alaant Workforce Solutions. Ensuring the long-term success and happiness of both job seeker and employer is at the core of what drives her. She is dedicated to ensuring clients needs are met and expectations exceeded, and is grateful for the opportunity to connect with new job seekers each day and align them with their ideal career.
Mary joined Alaant after graduating from University at Albany with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Recruiting quickly became a passion and she greatly appreciates the ability to help others. She enjoys all aspects of the recruitment process and loves uncovering the needs of top talent as well as clients in order to best help them meet their goals. Recently, Mary acquired her Certified Search Consultant (CSC) certification through the American Staffing Association (ASA).
In her free time you can find her exploring a new waterfall, spending time with her family, and in the gym lifting weights. Trying foods of difficult cultures is also one of her favorite things to do, and she is always looking for her next adventure.
