Kat joined Alaant in 2023 after working at another local staffing agency. She has experience recruiting for a pharmaceutical company in Albany. After helping multiple candidates find their dream jobs, she realized that she wanted to help people as a recruiter. Kat is currently finishing her degree in Communications.
Kat is originally from Phillipsburg, NJ. She relocated to upstate NY to be close to family and for a change of scenery. When she is not working, Kat enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her two cats. She also loves traveling, music, animals, vintage shopping, and refinishing old furniture.
